Im going to kona and cant find anyplace that does not charge an additional $25 a day because im 23 years old. Please help

Most companies charge the underage fee to anyone under 25. The only exceptions that I know of would be a federal government employee, USAA member (with some companies) and if the company that you work for has a corporate account with the car rental company and have arranged for the underage fee to be waived for their employees. Hope this helps!
You wont find many car rental companies that will not charge you extra or not rent to you at all.
Kona is a small town, so car retnal companies are few. Chuck it up. pay the extra or else cab it or take the bus everywhere.
